Dr. Amy Lomas graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. Following graduation she completed a rotating small animal internship in Southern California and then practiced emergency medicine for four years. In 2010 she returned to Kansas State for a combined small animal internal medicine residency and Master’s degree program. Dr. Lomas finished her residency and passed the ACVIM certification exam for internal medicine in 2013. In 2018 she began performing mobile ultrasounds and internal medicine consults.
Animal Medical Insight & Imaging (AMII) was founded in 2020 to connect internal medicine expertise with on-site ultrasound imaging. Clients describe Dr. Lomas as persistent and thorough, solving complex cases while providing timely follow-up, qualities that she strives to bring to every case.
